We're looking for a Product & Operations Manager to join our SEO team

The Role

We’re hiring an Operations & Product Manager to join our SEO team. You’ll help scale SEO into a predictable, scalable growth system for all of our customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, ops, and growth. You’ll own how SEO work is scoped, prioritized, executed, measured, improved, and modernized for the LLM era – end to end.

This is a high-ownership IC role with the opportunity to grow into a team-leading or org-shaping position as the SEO business unit continues to scale.

You Will

• Shape the fundamental operating system for Mega’s SEO function: workflows & SOPs, tooling, prioritization, and execution standards.

• Translate SEO strategy into clear product requirements, internal tools, repeatable processes, and automated systems.

• Work closely with SEO specialists, engineering, and growth to ship improvements fast – no long planning cycles, no vague roadmaps.

• Define and track the metrics that matter across our customers (traffic quality, conversions, leads, revenue contribution) and use this data to drive decisions and communicate our value.

• Identify bottlenecks in execution and fix them, whether that means process changes, automation, or new product features.

• Use the latest and greatest AI tools and models

• Own outcomes, not tasks. SEO performance lives or dies with this role.

• Do whatever it takes to make customers have the best experience possible, at scale.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you’ll have turned our SEO business unit into a disciplined, scalable growth engine. Execution will be faster, clearer, and more measurable. The team will know exactly what to work on, why it matters, and how success is judged.

SEO will be a meaningful, reliable contributor to revenue across all of our customers – not a black box or a long-term hope. All of our customers will be driving sales recurrently from LLMs and traditional search, no matter what type of business they run.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Love to build scalable, repeatable processes

• Have been a high impact operations, product, or growth contributor before, ideally having worked on SEO or content-led growth before (but not required).

• Thrive in high-ownership environments with little handholding and high expectations.

• Can move fast, make calls with imperfect information, and clean up messes as you go.

• Are bullish on AI and excited about applying it to real SMB growth problems.
